Normally, painting on cast products, which are prone to peeling, can be challenging. However, with our extensive experience, we can apply a highly adhesive coating to cast products through special treatment. In addition to urethane rubber casting, we can also produce soft materials like silicone rubber by using resin molds. The durability shot count for one mold is estimated to be around 20 to 30, making it suitable for the production of prototypes for industrial plastics, with some exceptions.
